We are a fast-growing technology-driven organization committed to building innovative solutions and delivering excellence. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to join our Finance team and contribute to our financial operations and compliance.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts & Finance Executive with 3–5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, payroll support, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Tally Prime, Zoho Books, and MS Excel, and a passion for improving financial processes through technology and automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Tally Prime and Zoho Books.
- Handle statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other regulatory filings.
- Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
- Execute month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and customer collections.
- Support payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, budgets, and management reports.




- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve accounting processes through automation and technology.

Required Qualifications

- Education: B.Com, M.Com, Inter CA, or CA Final Dropout.
- Experience: 3–5 years in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong understanding of Accounting Principles, GST, TDS, Income Tax, Payroll, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a SaaS, IT, or Service-based organization.
- Exposure to ERP systems, budgeting, MIS reporting, financial analysis, and audits.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Zoho Zia.
