Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Computer Operators to support day-to-day operational and administrative activities at our client site in Korba. The ideal candidates should have good computer knowledge, data entry skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records while coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform data entry with high accuracy and maintain digital records.
- Prepare, update, and maintain reports in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Handle documentation, file management, and record keeping.
- Operate office software and maintain databases.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and client representatives.
- Scan, print, photocopy, and organize official documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Ensure timely submission of operational data and MIS reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.




- Support administrative and office-related activities as assigned.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good typing speed (English/Hindi preferred).
- Basic knowledge of computers, email, and internet.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Attention to detail and time management skills.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma/Certificate in Computer Applications (DCA/PGDCA or equivalent) will be preferred.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience as a Computer Operator, Data Entry Operator, or Office Assistant.
- Freshers with positive computer knowledge may also apply.

Salary

- As per company standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹11,236.58 - ₹15,000.00 per month
