- Review financial transactions, invoices, and payment records
- Identify and investigate variances between forecasted and actual figures
- Prepare regular financial and operational summaries for the CEO
Documentation & Records Management
- Maintain organised, up-to-date company documentation and record-keeping systems
- Track document expiry, review dates, and version control
- Support the development and upkeep of internal policies and procedures
Service Agreements & Compliance Tracking
- Monitor agreement renewals, budget utilisation, and compliance deadlines
- Learn and apply our industry-specific codes and billing categories (full training provided)
Payments & Remittances
- Investigate and follow up on payment discrepancies or short payments
- Support month-end and reporting cycles
What We're Looking For
- Proven business analysis, finance, or operations experience (any industry)
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfort learning current software platforms
- Excellent attention to detail and structured, methodical working style
- Clear written and verbal communication in English
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently and remotely
- Experience with accounting software (e.g. Xero) is a plus, but not required
