Job Summary

The FMCG Sales Hand is responsible for generating sales, visiting retail outlets, developing new customers, maintaining relationships with existing retailers/distributors, and ensuring product availability in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit retail shops, supermarkets, and distributors daily.
- Achieve monthly and daily sales targets.
- Generate new business and onboard new retailers.
- Take orders and ensure timely delivery coordination.
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Ensure proper product visibility and merchandising at outlets.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional schemes.
- Collect market feedback and customer requirements.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and collections.
- Prepare daily visit reports (DVR) and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team for order fulfillment.
- Conduct product sampling and promotional activities when required.
- Ensure stock availability and minimize stock-outs in the market.

Qualification.

- Graduate preferred.

Experience

- Fresher or 2–5 years of FMCG sales experience.
- Experience in food, spices, or organic products is preferred.

Salary

- ₹25,000 – ₹55,000 per month (depending on experience)
- Incentives based on sales performance
- Travel Allowance (TA) / Daily Allowance (DA) as per company policy
