Job description: AR and Data executive

The role involves accurately generating invoices, credit notes, AR reconciliation / follow up and data support activities. Resolving discrepancies, requiring strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and communication to liaise with clients and internal teams for smooth and timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

· Invoicing: Prepare and review accurate & timely invoices & credit notes.

· Reconciliation: Reconcile customer statements, handle mail communications, and follow up for payments.

· Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and correct billing errors, addressing issues with clients.

· Reporting & Escalation: Immediately report overdue debts and escalate internally as well as externally as per defined process.

· Data Management: Validate raw data sets and convert into desired formats by identifying and rectifying errors, duplicates,



inconsistencies and missing information.

· Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve AR & processes.

Key Qualifications & Skills

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

· Experience: 1-2+ years in billing, accounts receivable, or reconciliation.

· Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Excel

· Soft Skills: Solid attention to detail, analytical & problem-solving skills, accuracy, and clear communication.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

- Travel Industry: 4 years (Required)
- Billing: 3 years (Required)
- Accounts receivable: 3 years (Required)
- Account reconciliation: 2 years (Required)
