Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for precision machining operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, selecting appropriate machining strategies, and ensuring high-quality production while minimizing cycle time.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for milling, turning, and machining centers.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to generate accurate machining programs.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, speeds, and feeds for productive machining.
- Set up CNC machines and perform trial runs to validate programs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machining issues to improve productivity.
- Ensure machined components meet dimensional and quality specifications.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to improve machining processes.
- Maintain proper documentation of CNC programs and process sheets.
- Follow safety procedures and company quality standards during all machining operations.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of CNC programming (G-Code & M-Code).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.;




- Familiarity with CNC Turning and Milling operations.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, tool offsets, fixtures, and machining parameters.
- Basic understanding of CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, SolidCAM, NX CAM, Fusion 360, or similar) is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Freshers with CNC programming knowledge or experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, Mitsubishi, or Mazatrol controllers.
- Knowledge of precision manufacturing processes.
- Experience in process optimization and cycle time reduction.
- Understanding of quality inspection tools such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Height Gauges.
