Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative, trend-conscious Social Media Marketing to join our team with 1 year of exp. You will support our brand’s digital growth, focusing on visual storytelling, content scheduling, and community engagement within the fashion sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation: Develop engaging, high-quality images, reels, and stories for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Trend Research: Monitor current fashion, textile, and social media trends (reels, hashtags) and replicate them for brand growth.
- Social Management: Schedule posts, monitor platform analytics (Instagram Insights), and report on engagement metrics.
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments and DMs to build relationships with our audience.

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of fashion trends and the garment industry.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite software editing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (for copywriting/captions).
- Active, savvy user of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook).
- Proactive and creative, with the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Preferred: Background in Fashion Design, Marketing, or Communication.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
