Job Description

Main Duties

- Track Production: Compare raw materials used on the floor with actual purchase orders.
- Analyze Costs: Calculate labor, material, and overhead expenses for produced goods.
- Variance Analysis: Find and report differences between expected costs and real spending.
- Budget Support: Help management set realistic financial goals and production budgets.
- Inventory Control: Check stock levels to stop waste and material shortages.

Required Skills

- Math Skills: Strong ability to work with numbers and data.
- Software: Valuable knowledge of Excel and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Attention to Detail: Spot errors in invoices and production logs quickly.
- Communication: Share cost reports clearly with factory and finance teams.

Education and Experience

- Degree: A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or supply chain management.
- Experience: One to three years in manufacturing, cost accounting, or production planning.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
