Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Design Engineer to design, develop, and improve agricultural machinery and implements. The candidate will be responsible for preparing 3D models, manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and supporting product development from concept to production.

## Key Responsibilities

* Design agricultural implements such as Rotavators, Cultivators, MB Ploughs, Potato Diggers, Seed Drills, Mulchers, Slashers, Hay Rakes, and Power Weeders.

* Develop 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings using CAD software.

* Prepare and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM).

* Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, and PPC departments for smooth implementation of designs.

* Modify existing designs based on customer feedback and manufacturing requirements.

* Ensure drawings comply with GD&T; and manufacturing standards.

* Conduct design calculations, tolerance analysis, and material selection.

* Support prototype development, testing, and validation.

* Resolve production-related design issues.

* Maintain engineering documentation and revision records.





* Participate in cost reduction, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.
