Are you a finance professional with robust accounting expertise and leadership experience? We're looking for a Team Lead – Finance & Accounts to lead our Dubai Offshore CFO Services team and deliver high-quality financial solutions to international clients.

- Department: CFO Services – Dubai Offshore

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Finance & Accounts professionals.
- Review end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Review Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Coordinate with Dubai-based clients and internal stakeholders.
- Allocate work, monitor productivity, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Drive process improvements and maintain quality standards.
- Support audits, compliance,



and financial reporting.
- Handle client queries, escalations, and provide timely resolutions.
- Train and develop team members while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualification & Experience

- CA Inter: 1–2 years of accounting experience in an industry/corporate environment.
- M.Com: 3–4 years of industry/corporate accounting experience.
- Prior team handling or leadership experience will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Navision, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
- Fluent verbal and written English communication is mandatory.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with international/offshore clients will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
