We are a creative, fast-growing online academy offering engaging dance, fitness, and performing arts classes to a global student base. As part of our mission to bring fun and fitness into every home, we are expanding our curriculum to include online Hula Hoop and Flow Arts classes. We are looking for skilled, high-energy instructors to join our vibrant virtual team!

Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and passionate Hula Hoop Instructor to conduct personalized, virtual sessions. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in hula hooping (or rhythmic gymnastics/flow arts), a flair for leading engaging online sessions, and the ability to teach beginners in a creative, highly encouraging manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Virtual Classes: Conduct personalized online hula hoop classes for a diverse range of learners.
- Customize Lessons: Tailor choreography, flow techniques, and lesson plans based on the individual student's skill level and fitness goals.
- Drive Engagement: Keep virtual sessions highly interactive, fun, and motivating.
- Form & Safety: Ensure students learn proper technique, body hooping, and tricks safely through clear on-camera demonstrations.
- Track Progress: Provide regular, constructive feedback and encouragement to help students improve.

Requirements

- Expertise: Strong proficiency in hula hoop tricks, flow techniques, and hoop fitness routines.



(Candidates with a background in Rhythmic Gymnastics or Flow Arts are highly encouraged to apply!)
- Experience: Prior teaching, coaching, or performance experience (online or offline).
- Audience Management: Highly comfortable, encouraging, and patient when conducting fitness sessions for a diverse virtual classroom, including absolute beginners.
- Communication: Explicit verbal communication skills to explain physical movements effectively over video.
- Tech & Space Setup (Must-Have): A reliable computer, a stable high-speed internet connection, and a clean, open, well-lit space to teach and demonstrate movements clearly on camera.

Work Schedule & Mode

- Schedule Flexibility: Flexible scheduling options available across weekdays and weekends.
- Workload: Options available for 4 to 5 hours per day depending on your availability.
- Employment Type: Both part-time and full-time positions are available.
- Work Mode: 100% remote position.
