Job Title: Site Supervisor – Civil (Road Construction)

Location: Aurangabad, Bihar
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on Experience)
Experience Required: 2–5 Years
Industry: Road & Highway Construction

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily road construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor manpower, machinery, and material utilization.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Contractors, and Project Managers.
- Maintain site progress reports and daily work records.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project timelines.
- Assist in quantity measurements and billing-related activities.

Requirements:

- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.




- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in road/highway construction projects.
- Knowledge of road works, earthwork, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC, and drainage works.
- Ability to manage site labor and subcontractors effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting).
