Human Resource Manager:

Key Roles and responsibilities:

· Manage and Implement Recruitment of Nurses and Supervisory Staff

1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles –Registered Nurses, Caregivers, administrative staff, and other healthcare professionals for both Home Nursing and Skilled Nursing Facility.

2. Identify and source Caregivers – Staff and Interns.

1. Work closely with colleges to maintain a pipeline of Interns to fillin as Caregivers.

2. Update colleges on tuition fees payment, MIS within stipulated time schedule.

3. Guide, Direct and Review the process of recruitment - thru Consultants, Tele calling and staff reference.

· Create and maintain Master Data Base of Employees.

· Implement and enforce policies and procedures that promote a respectful and inclusive work environment.

· Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance,



retirement plans, and other benefits.

· Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

· To work with Talented teams in an upcoming Industry

Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Experience:

· Minimum of 4-10 years of progressive experience in human resources management

· Demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,450.73 - ₹54,318.64 per month
