Salary : up to 25,000 Based on Performance and Experience

Responsibilities

- Content Development
- Create and curate engaging content for website, blog, and social media platforms.
- Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, newsletters, and case studies.
- Write articles, blog posts, and updates relevant to IT consulting, staff augmentation, and music-tech intersections.
- Digital Campaigns
- Execute digital marketing initiatives including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Design and run campaigns specifically aimed at reaching US-based audiences in the Hip-Hop music industry, leveraging culturally relevant content and platforms.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Manage and optimize company social media profiles (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).
- Market Insights
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Provide data-driven insights to support marketing strategies and sales initiatives.
- Explore opportunities in music culture and creator ecosystems to expand reach.
- Event Marketing




- Assist in planning and promoting webinars, workshops, and industry events.
- Coordinate logistics, prepare promotional materials, and ensure audience engagement.
- Sales & CRM Support
- Collaborate with sales teams to design impactful presentations and proposals.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with marketing and lead data.
- Brand & Admin Support
- Uphold brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Support creation of brand guidelines and templates.
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and asset management.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, technology consulting, and music/creator industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment.
