We are looking for site supervisor in leading interior furnishing firm which is working with Banking, Corporate and Govt Sector.

Responsibilities:

# Monitoring day-to-day activities diligently by visiting all the working sites.

# Ensure supervision of construction of interior work at the site.

# Ensure all carpenters, plumbers, electricians, labours etc. reach and work at place on site.

# Maintain material log.

# Manage the procurement of materials and labour necessary to complete the project.

# Ensure unloading of materials arrived at site.

# Implement the site specific Health and Safety Work Plan and ensure secure working conditions.

# Supervise subcontractors and approve invoices

# Ensuring project completion as per the timeline.

Requirements

# Proven work experience in interior work such as furniture, false ceiling, partition, MEP Familiarity with required tools and equipment.

# Strong leadership qualities.

# Good communication skills.

# Ability to handle situation at site.
