Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with strong experience in machined components for hydraulic cylinders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, maintaining inspection standards, and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing processes to meet customer and industry requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage quality assurance activities for hydraulic cylinder machined components.
- Conduct dimensional and visual inspections using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, bore gauges, CMM, etc.).
- Review and approve machining process documentation, inspection reports, and quality records.
- Develop and implement quality control plans, checklists, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with drawing tolerances, material specifications, and surface finish requirements.
- Investigate non-conformities, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with production, design, and supplier teams to resolve quality issues.
- Support customer inspections, audits, and technical discussions.
- Maintain calibration records of inspection equipment.
- Lead continuous improvement and 5S/Lean initiatives in the quality department.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 4–6 years of experience in quality assurance for machined parts, preferably in hydraulic cylinders .
- In-depth knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T;, surface finish, and tolerancing.
- Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments and gauges.
- Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems, documentation, and internal audits.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems.

Requirements
* Minimum 6 months of experience in Recruitment, Sourcing, or Talent Acquisition.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
* Willingness to work from the office on a full-time basis.
* Ability to research and understand new industries, job roles, and talent markets.
* Eagerness to learn and handle recruitment across diverse sectors.
* Willingness to travel within Pune, if required for recruitment-related activities.
* Valuable organizational and interpersonal skills.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
