Gro Wealth Group of Companies is looking for a energetic and result-oriented Assistant Branch Manager to support branch operations, drive business growth, and lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations.
Lead and motivate the team to achieve business and sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Generate new business through customer acquisition and referrals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Monitor branch performance and prepare daily and monthly reports.
Resolve customer queries and provide excellent service.
Train and mentor team members to improve productivity.
Support branch administration and coordinate with the Head Office.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in banking, NBFC, financial services, insurance, or sales (leadership experience preferred).
Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
