We are looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Incharge to oversee civil construction and maintenance activities at our factory premises. The candidate should be capable of handling site supervision, contractor coordination, material management, and ensuring work completion as per quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise all civil construction and maintenance works at factory/site.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure timely completion of work.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship.
- Maintain project progress reports and site records.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
- Estimate material requirements and control wastage.




- Handle repair and maintenance of buildings, drainage, roads, and other civil structures.
- Verify bills and measurements of contractors.

Requirements

- Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in civil site supervision or industrial projects.
- Knowledge in construction materials, estimation, and site execution.
- Ability to manage manpower and contractors.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office preferred.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
