Job Description (JD):

- Assist in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement activities.
- Support HR management and administrative functions.
- Conduct business recognition and market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
- Prepare tender documents, proposals, and other business documentation.
- Perform internet crawling for sales leads, competitor analysis, and R&D; activities.
- Assist in product demonstrations, client presentations, and sales support.
- Maintain reports, databases, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Eligibility:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Management, or a related field.
- Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: Up to ₹10,116.77 per month
