We are looking for a Product Management Leader who has built and scaled voice-first or conversational interfaces (Alexa, Google Assistant–like platforms, IVR modernization, AI agents, or multimodal assistants) and can own the vision, strategy, and execution of voice-led product experiences at scale.

This role sits at the intersection of AI, UX, and consumer behavior, and will define how voice becomes a core interaction layer across Lenskart’s ecosystem.

What you’ll Do:

- Own the Voice Product Vision: Define and drive the end-to-end product strategy for voice and conversational interfaces across customer and internal platforms.
- Build at Scale: Lead products that serve millions of users, ensuring high accuracy, low latency, and delightful experiences across languages and accents.
- Translate AI into Real Products: Work closely with AI/ML, NLP, Data Science, and Engineering teams to turn complex models into simple, usable products.
- Customer-First Innovation: Deeply understand customer journeys and identify where voice can reduce friction, increase accessibility, and improve engagement.
- Product Leadership: Mentor and scale a team of senior product managers, setting high standards for discovery, execution, and outcomes.
- Stakeholder Influence: Partner with Design, Engineering, Business, and Leadership to align product roadmaps with company priorities.
- Metrics & Outcomes:



Define success metrics (adoption, engagement, accuracy, NPS, conversion) and continuously improve product performance.

Person’s Specifications:

- 10+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3–5 years leading complex, AI-driven or platform products.
- Proven experience building voice interfaces, conversational AI products, or virtual assistants (e.g., Alexa, Google Assistant, Siri-like systems, AI agents, IVR modernization, multimodal assistants).
- Strong understanding of NLP, ASR, TTS, LLM-based systems, and how they translate into consumer experiences (technical depth without being an engineer).
- Experience working in high-scale consumer tech, e-commerce, or platform companies.
- Exceptional product sense—able to balance user needs, technology constraints, and business outcomes.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Experience working with global teams and launching products across markets is a plus.
