Key Responsibilities

- Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding) for multiple roles across departments.
- HR Operations: Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and assist with payroll coordination.
- Process Building: Standardize HR policies, set up efficient hiring workflows, and ensure smooth operations.
- Employee Engagement: Support initiatives that create a positive and productive workplace.




- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies and labor law regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR experience (preferably in recruitment and HR operations).
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage hiring for diverse roles.
- Knowledge of HR software/portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed is a plus.
