Key Responsibilities

1. Data Structuring & Management

- Clean and organize unstructured or messy Excel/Google Sheets data
- Standardize reporting formats across departments
- Build master sheets for business operations
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency

2. Dashboard Creation & Reporting

- Build agile dashboards for management review
- Track and visualize business KPIs
- Generate automated daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Convert raw data into executive-level summaries

3. Automation & Process Improvement

- Automate repetitive reports using formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros, or App Scripts
- Identify areas where manual work can be reduced
- Create templates and systems to streamline operations

4. KPI Tracking & Performance Monitoring

- Define and monitor key performance indicators across departments
- Detect operational gaps and red flags
- Share analytical insights to support decision-making

5. Error Identification & Operational Insights





- Identify inconsistencies or process issues from data
- Flag operational risks proactively
- Provide management with data-backed improvement recommendations

6. Cross-Department Coordination

- Work closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Purchase teams
- Standardize reporting expectations
- Ensure timely submission of required data

Core Competencies (Must-Have Skills)

Technical Skills:

- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (Mandatory)
- Pivot Tables
- Advanced formulas (INDEX-MATCH/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF combinations)
- Data validation
- Power Bi
- Basic Macros or automation tools
- Dashboard creation & KPI reporting
- Strong data structuring capability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
