What Is the Role?

We are looking for Lead Developers and Senior Software Developers who will work closely with our development team, product manager, dev-ops, and business analysts to build our SaaS platform. The goal is to support productive, end-to-end business processes across the industry using modern, flexible technologies such as GraphQL, Kubernetes, and React.
What Are the Responsibilities?

Develop and maintain back-end, front-end applications, and cloud services using C#, Angular, Azure

Be accountable for delivering high-quality results

Mentor less experienced members of the team





Thrive in a test-driven development organization with high-quality standards

Contribute to architecture discussions as needed

Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand user stories and requirements to meet functional needs

Support the product team’s efforts to produce the product roadmap by providing estimates for enhancements

Support user acceptance testing and user story approval processes on development items

Participate in sessions to resolve product issues

Escalate high-priority issues to appropriate internal stakeholders as necessary

Maintain a professional, friendly, open, approachable, and positive attitude

What Are the Qualifications Required?

7–15 years of experience working in a software development environment

Bachelor’s degree in software development or a related field (preferred)

Development experience with Angular and .NET is beneficial but not required

Highly self-motivated and able to work effectively with virtual teams of diverse backgrounds

Strong desire to learn and grow professionally

A track record of following through on commitments

Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
