We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Manager to join our real estate team. This role is ideal for MBA graduates specializing in HR who are looking to begin their career in human resource management. You will play a key role in supporting recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support payroll coordination and attendance management
- Help implement HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events
- Handle employee queries and provide HR support
- Assist in performance management processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Requirements
- MBA in HR or related specialization (mandatory)
- 0–6 months of experience or fresh graduate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
