Urgently looking for a maintenance trainee for our Hotel

- Attend and resolve maintenance complaints from guest rooms and public areas promptly.
- Maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and civil systems.
- Inspect hotel equipment and identify repair requirements.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of generators, pumps, water systems, and utility equipment.
- Carry out routine inspections of lifts, fire safety systems, and emergency equipment.
- Maintain kitchen equipment, cold rooms, freezers, refrigerators, and laundry equipment.
- Repair furniture, doors, locks, windows, and fixtures as required.
- Monitor and maintain lighting throughout the hotel.
- Record all maintenance activities in the maintenance logbook.
- Ensure all maintenance tools and equipment are properly maintained.
- Follow hotel safety policies and statutory regulations.
- Assist during emergencies such as power failures, water leakage, and equipment breakdowns.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the Maintenance Manager or General Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
