We are looking for Sales & Marketing Executives in Facade Industry to join our innovative, fast-growing company in Kochi.

Duties & Responsibilities Includes;

- Identify and develop current business opportunities in façade, glazing, aluminium, and cladding projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, builders, developers, and contractors.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, client visits, and industry events.
- Understand project requirements and coordinate with the estimation and design teams to prepare competitive quotations.
- Present company products, façade systems, and technical solutions to clients and consultants.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and secure project orders.
- Conduct market surveys to identify competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, customer visit reports, and business development plans.
- Ensure timely collection of payments by coordinating with clients and the accounts department.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of façade systems, aluminium profiles,



glass specifications, ACP, hardware, and relevant industry standards.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, technical discussions, and project negotiations with clients and consultants.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer service and long-term client relationships.
- Represent the company professionally and uphold its values, quality standards, and business ethics in all client interactions.
- Willing and able to travel extensively across Kerala and South India for client meetings, site visits, business development, and project coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
