FYI Creative Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is a leading experiential marketing and design agency specializing in architecture, construction, infrastructure, real estate, and building material brands.

We are looking for a talented Architect cum 3D Visualiser who combines design sensitivity with strong visualization skills to create impactful architectural and marketing presentations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop high-quality 3D architectural visualizations, renders, walkthroughs, and animations.
- Create conceptual and detailed architectural designs for exhibitions, experience centres, pavilions, event spaces, and brand installations.
- Prepare presentation drawings, layouts, mood boards, and design concepts.
- Produce photorealistic interior and exterior renders.
- Assist in space planning, material selection, and design detailing.
- Create graphics, infographics, and visual assets for presentations and marketing collateral.
- Coordinate with the Creative, Strategy, Client Servicing, and Production teams.
- Interpret client briefs and convert them into visually compelling design solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high standards of creativity and quality.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, visualization techniques, AI tools, and rendering technologies.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in architecture and 3D visualization.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in:

- SketchUp
- Autodesk 3ds Max
- V-Ray / D5 Render / Enscape
- AutoCAD
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign

Desired Skills

- Excellent visualization and rendering abilities.
- Strong architectural design and detailing skills.
- Good understanding of materials, lighting, and composition.
- Solid graphic presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following will be an advantage:

- Residential & Corporate interiors
- Residential and commercial architecture
