Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agent with prior knowledge of the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a confident personality, and a passion for sales. The role involves generating leads, building strong client relationships, conducting property presentations, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify new sales leads through various channels.
- Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property site visits and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Negotiate deals and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth closures.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and recent project launches.




- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market and sales process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Presentable, confident, and professional personality.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
