With over 30 centers across the country—including several in Chennai (like Alwarpet, Velachery, and Anna Nagar)—they provide practice-oriented diploma and certification courses in 3D Animation, VFX, UI/UX, Graphic Design, Game Art, Fashion, and Interior Design

Key Responsibilities

 Provide one-on-one career counselling to prospective students and parents, helping

them choose the right academic program based on their interests and career goals.

 Explain course offerings, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, fee structure,

scholarships, and career opportunities.

 Guide students through the complete admission and enrolment process.

 Review applications, conduct counselling sessions/interviews, and ensure all

admission documentation is accurate and complete.

 Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students through phone calls, emails,

WhatsApp, and social media platforms.

 Organize and conduct seminars, webinars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and

educational events.





 Coordinate with the marketing team to convert generated leads into admissions.

 Track enquiries, maintain student databases, and update CRM records regularly.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents throughout the

admission journey.

 Support marketing campaigns, education fairs, school visits, and promotional

activities to increase student enrolment.

 Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly and quarterly

admission targets.

 Ensure a positive and professional experience for every prospective student.

 Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

 Well-organized, punctual, and capable of managing multiple tasks.

 Adaptable, versatile, and eager to learn.

 Supportive team player with excellent relationship-building skills.

 Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
