Your work profile

- As a Senior Consultant in our Consulting team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

- Takes responsibility for own work or workstream meeting engagement/project objectives and Deloitte quality standards

- We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer / AI Consultant (6-8 Years Experience) to design and deliver next-generation AI solutions for Life Sciences clients.
- The role will focus on leveraging Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Azure OpenAI, Document Intelligence, Knowledge Graphs, and Prompt Engineering to address business challenges in regulatory intelligence, medical content management, SOP search, and quality event analysis.
- This role will contribute to creating differentiated AI offerings and current revenue opportunities.

Key skills required:

- Design and implement AI-powered solutions using Agentic AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).




- Build enterprise-grade RAG solutions integrating structured and unstructured data sources.
- Develop intelligent document processing solutions using Azure Document Intelligence.
- Create semantic search and knowledge discovery platforms using Knowledge Graphs and vector databases.
- Design and optimize prompts for accuracy, relevance, and responsible AI usage.
- Work closely with Life Sciences stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Lead PoCs, MVPs, and production deployments on Azure.

Desired Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of overall IT experience with at least 3 years of experience in AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Experience delivering AI solutions in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, or a regulated industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of NLP, semantic search, information retrieval, and LLM-based applications.
- Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, and problem-solving skills.
