About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and enthusiastic Field Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our business presence across Durg, Bhilai, Raipur, and nearby areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, onboarding retailers, building long-term customer relationships, and driving sales growth through regular field visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit retailers and business establishments to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and onboard new customers through market visits, references, networking, and direct outreach.
- Present the company's products and services, explain their benefits, and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct promotional and marketing activities to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate daily records of client visits, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports along with market feedback to management.

Required Qualifications





- Graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Retail Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in Hindi and basic English.
- Knowledge of the local market in Durg, Bhilai, or Raipur will be an advantage.
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in Retail, FMCG, Telecom, Digital Marketing, SaaS, E-commerce, or Advertising industries.
- Strong customer relationship management and sales closing skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
- Comfortable with extensive local travel.
