Oracle EPM and Hyperion - Oracle Fusion SCM Bangalore, Mumbai · Full Time · Hybrid

About the Role This role involves working as a Functional Consultant for Oracle EPM and Hyperion, and as a Senior Business Analyst for Oracle Fusion SCM. The successful candidate will have experience in financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation processes, as well as Oracle Fusion SCM implementation. The role requires strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the requirement gathering, gap analysis, design, and implementation of Oracle Fusion SCM and Procurement Cloud modules
- Configure and prototype Oracle Fusion modules to meet complex banking workflow requirements
- Define integration points between Oracle Fusion and internal banking systems
- Drive the implementation of OCR technologies to automate invoice ingestion, Full Time extraction, and receipt matching
- Design and deploy AI Agents/LLM-driven assistants to automate routine procurement tasks
- Ensure all SCM and Procurement processes comply with banking-specific regulatory standards
- Translate complex business requirements into high-quality functional specifications, user stories, process maps, and data flow diagrams
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Risk,



Compliance, and IT
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including writing test scripts, managing defects, and securing sign-offs from business owners

Requirements

- Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud or Hyperion Planning/Essbase/HFM
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation processes
- Experience with FDMEE/Data Management for data integration
- Proficiency in calculation scripts, business rules, and Smart View
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems (MIS)
- Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM implementation

Good to Have

- Oracle EPM Cloud certification
- Experience with Hyperion Financial Reporting or Oracle BI
- Prior consulting experience in finance transformation
- Oracle Fusion certification
- MBA
