Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate current business opportunities, markets, and revenue streams across the Group's business units and new ventures
- Build and manage relationships with clients, principals, manufacturers, and vendors across GCC and international markets
- Negotiate terms for distributorships, agency agreements, partnerships, and service contracts
- Take ownership of opportunities from identification through to closure
- Conduct structured market research on demand, trends, pricing, and competitor activity
- Perform market sizing and opportunity assessment for new business lines
- Identify market gaps and translate findings into actionable business recommendations
- Prepare market assessment reports and strategic recommendations for senior management
- Build dashboards and data visualizations in Power BI to present research insights clearly
- Assess feasibility, cost structures, and profitability of new initiatives
- Prepare business cases, proposals, and financial projections




- Develop go-to-market strategies from the ground up — there is no existing framework, so the candidate is expected to bring their own approach
- Identify operational requirements (manpower, licenses, certifications, equipment) for new venture

Qualification and Experience

- A Bachelor's degree is mandatory (Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred). However, demonstrated skills and a proven track record will be the defining factor in selection, over and above academic background.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant, hands-on experience as defined in the Mandatory Requirements section
- Experience across GCC and international markets is essential
- Experience handling vendor partnerships and feasibility studies is strongly preferred
