Key Responsibilities

- Perform quality inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Conduct routine laboratory analysis as per quality standards.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Maintain accurate quality records, test reports, and documentation.
- Assist in implementing GMP, GHP, HACCP, and Food Safety procedures.
- Identify quality issues and report deviations to the Quality Manager.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the production and laboratory areas.
- Support internal quality audits and regulatory inspections.
- Coordinate with Production and R&D; teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Follow company SOPs and quality management systems.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of food quality standards and laboratory testing.
- Understanding of GMP, HACCP,



and food safety practices.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 6 Months in Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
- Industry Preference: Food Manufacturing / FMCG.
- Location Preference: Candidates willing to work in Nagpur.
- Good analytical and observation skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
