The Vice President of Commercial will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s commercial strategy, overseeing all commercial activities, and ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the commercial strategy to achieve revenue growth and market share objectives.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor the commercial team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance business partnerships.
- Sales Oversight: Oversee sales operations, ensuring targets are met and sales processes are optimized.
- Budget Management: Manage the commercial budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., finance, operations, and product development) to ensure cohesive execution of commercial initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful commercial strategies.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, dynamic environment.
Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 per year
