Job Title: Chinese Chef

We are looking for a skilled and professional Chinese Chef to join our team at a premium family restaurant in Karkala, Karnataka.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience working in a professional or standard commercial kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of authentic and Indo-Chinese cuisine.
- Ability to prepare consistent, high-quality dishes while maintaining presentation standards.
- Experience with wok cooking, sauces, gravies, appetizers, noodles, fried rice, and other Chinese specialties.
- Good knowledge of food hygiene, kitchen safety, and inventory management.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy service hours.
- Team player with a disciplined and professional attitude.
