We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office Support Intern to join our team. This internship is ideal for candidates who have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and are eager to gain hands-on experience in client support and operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with client onboarding and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

- Handle client queries and issues via WhatsApp, phone, and email.

- Perform client onboarding data entry and maintain accurate records.





- Manage client renewals and follow up with customers as required.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (spoken and written).

- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, internet, data entry, etc.)
