Qualification: Diploma/Bachelors in Civil Engineering

Job Role:

- - Site Execution & Material Management: Guide the site team on drawings, execution schedules, quality standards, and material stacking/utilization as per the master plan.

- Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with HO departments (Architecture, Estimation, Billing, Purchase, Planning, Contracts, and Stores) to ensure timely execution and address delays.

- Reporting & Documentation: Review and maintain site progress reports, contractor schedules, consultant visits, and execution-related documentation.

- System & Material Indents:



Ensure timely raising of service and material indents in alignment with BOQ specifications and site requirements.

- Risk & Quality Management: Identify execution risks, manage manpower availability, consider climatic conditions, and enforce quality standards to minimize material wastage.

- Billing & Verification: Validate contractor bills, ensure adherence to BOQ specifications, and process service/material indents through the ERP system.

- Safety & Security Compliance: Guide the site team on safety norms, coordinate with the Project Coordinator on safety concerns, and enforce security measures in office.
