Job Description – Sr. Recruitment Specialist

Experience: 4–5 Years

Salary Budget: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR professional with strong experience in Talent Acquisition along with hands-on exposure to HR Operations. The role will primarily focus on end-to-end recruitment while also supporting key HR operational activities to ensure smooth employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (Major Focus – 70%)

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across departments.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job expectations.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, and social media hiring.
- Screen profiles, schedule interviews, and coordinate the complete interview process.
- Manage offer rollout, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Ensure closure of positions within defined timelines.

HR Operations (30%)

- Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
- Support attendance, leave, and employee records management.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR communication.




- Assist in policy implementation and HR process compliance.
- Handle employee queries related to HR operations.
- Support performance management and other HR initiatives as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4+ years of experience in HR with strong recruitment exposure.
- Positive understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and recruitment tools.
- Proficient in MS Excel, HRMIS, and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- MBA HR Preferred
