About the Role:

ShftX is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Design & Creative Executive to join our growing Creative Team.This is an entry-level role designed to give you real, hands-on experience in e-commerce design from Day 1. You will work alongside experienced marketers and designers to create visual content for our product listings, social media channels, ad campaigns, and packaging — learning the craft in a fast-paced, high-output startup environment.If you are a self-starter who is hungry to learn, loves creating scroll-stopping visuals, and wants to build a strong portfolio working on a real brand with millions of customers — this is the perfect launchpad for your creative career.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Direction & Brand Ownership:

● Define and evolve the visual language of the brand

● Ensure consistency across all platforms and touchpoints

● Translate business goals into clear, compelling visual strategies

● Maintain a strong, recognizable, and scalable brand identity

Design Leadership & Team Management:

● Lead, mentor, and grow a team of designers

● Set quality benchmarks and review all major design outputs

● Build a culture of craft, critique, and continuous improvement

● Provide clear feedback that improves both work and thinking.

Execution Excellence:

● Oversee high-impact design outputs:

● Campaigns

● Branding systems

● Product visuals

● Marketing assets

● Ensure every deliverable meets pixel-perfect standards

● Step in hands-on when required for critical projects.

Systems & Process Building:

● Develop and maintain design systems, workflows, and guidelines

● Improve efficiency without compromising quality

● Standardize processes for scalability across teams

Work closely with:

● Creative Lead

● Marketing

● Product teams

● Leadership

● Align design output with business objectives and brand strategy

Innovation & Trend Leadership:

● Stay ahead of global design trends, tools, and visual culture

● Introduce new styles, techniques, and formats that keep the brand fresh

● Avoid trend-chasing , focus on timeless, strategic design.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, Animation, or a related creative field. Fresh graduates and final-year students are welcome to apply. A strong design portfolio — whether from college projects, internships, freelance work, or personal work — is mandatory.

Core Skills

1. Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop and Illustrator (mandatory); InDesign is a plus.

2. Familiarity with Canva Pro or Figma for quick design turnaround and collaborative workflows.

3. A strong eye for aesthetics — positive sense of typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.

4. Eagerness to learn e-commerce design best practices (product listing images, A+ Content, ad banners, etc.).

5. Basic video editing or motion graphics knowledge (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut) is a bonus, not mandatory.

6. Ability to take creative direction and produce designs that align with brand guidelines and briefs.

7. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, manage feedback positively, and iterate quickly.

8. Good communication skills — able to understand briefs and share design concepts clearly with the team.

9. A self-motivated, curious attitude with a genuine passion for design and visual storytelling.

10. A portfolio link (Behance, Dribble, Instagram, or PDF) showcasing your best work is required with the application.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
