V Media and Advertising is a full-service digital marketing and design agency helping brands grow through creative, data-driven marketing. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can manage day-to-day social media execution while bringing working knowledge of SEO and Google Ads to support integrated campaigns.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Digital Marketing Executive will primarily own social media content scheduling and posting across client accounts, while providing light-touch support on SEO tasks and Google Ads campaign execution. This is a hands-on, execution focused role suited to someone early in their digital marketing career who enjoys variety across channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan, create, and publish social media posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.) as per the content calendar.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure timely creative assets for scheduled posts.
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments/messages, and flag issues to the team lead.
- Track basic social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and share weekly summaries.
- Support on-page SEO tasks such as keyword insertion, meta titles/descriptions, and basic content optimization.
- Assist with basic SEO housekeeping, broken link checks, sitemap updates, and simple audits under guidance.
- Assist in setting up and monitoring Google Ads campaigns (Search/Display) under supervision of a senior team member.
- Help track Google Ads budgets, pause/enable ads as instructed, and report basic performance numbers.
- Maintain content calendars, trackers,



and reporting sheets for assigned client accounts.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing execution.
- Working knowledge of SEO principles (on-page optimization, keywords).
- Basic familiarity with Google Ads (campaign structure, keywords, budgets) certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with social media scheduling tools.
- Good written communication skills and an eye for engaging content.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts/timelines.

POSITIVE TO HAVE

- Google Ads / Google Analytics certification.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Chat GPT or similar tools for quick creative edits.
- Prior experience working in a marketing or advertising agency.
