Job Summary

Rhythmrx Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Procurement Specialist – Electronics to manage sourcing, purchasing, and vendor coordination for electronic components and systems. The role involves ensuring timely procurement, cost efficiency, and maintaining robust supplier relationships to support production and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Vendor Management

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for electronic components and systems
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement
- Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery, and reliability

Procurement Operations

- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle from requirement to delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Production, R&D;) to understand material requirements
- Ensure timely order placement and delivery tracking

Inventory & Supply Chain

- Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock availability




- Track shipments and ensure materials are received in good condition
- Support inventory planning to avoid shortages or excess stock

Cost Control & Compliance

- Optimize procurement costs without compromising on quality
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards
- Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders and vendor records

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Electrical/Electronics, or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in procurement (electronics or manufacturing preferred)

Skills Required

- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Basic understanding of electronic components and supply chain processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation
