Job Title: Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage the organization's accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain statutory compliance, and support the Finance team in achieving organizational goals. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, sound knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare and review journal entries, bank reconciliations, and account reconciliations.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Monitor cash flow, vendor payments, and customer collections.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Ensure accurate payroll accounting and statutory remittances.
- Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen internal controls.




- Support finance management with financial analysis and business decision-making.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance.
- CA Inter, CMA, M.Com, or MBA (Finance) is preferred.

Experience

- 5–8 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
- Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or a corporate environment is preferred.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books, or similar ERP/accounting software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
