Job Title: Production Planning Executive

- Diploma (Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or related field)
- ITI qualification (relevant trade)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Planning Executive to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of experience in Production Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, or Dispatch within a manufacturing environment. The role requires strong coordination skills to ensure smooth production flow, inventory management, and timely dispatch of products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet customer delivery timelines.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch teams for seamless operations.
- Track production progress and resolve scheduling or material-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and production processes.
- Maintain production records, inventory updates,



and dispatch documentation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Prepare production reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

- Diploma or ITI qualification in a relevant discipline.
- 4–5 years of experience in Production Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, or Dispatch.
- Valuable understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to travel as per business requirements.

Preferred Industry:

Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Equipment, Automotive, Electrical, or related industries.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
