We are looking for detail-oriented Audio Creators / AI Audio Production Specialists to create natural-sounding listening audio files for JAE English and IELTS Listening scripts.

The work involves converting approved listening scripts into high-quality audio using AI voice tools and/or voice production platforms, while maintaining natural pronunciation, correct pacing, speaker consistency, and exam-style delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create transparent, natural and human-like listening audio from provided scripts.
- Use suitable voices based on speaker role, age, gender and accent requirements.
- Maintain proper British / American / other required accent distribution as per project instructions.
- Follow exact script text without adding, deleting, correcting or paraphrasing anything.
- Ensure correct pacing for CEFR levels and IELTS-style listening tasks.
- Maintain consistent voices for each speaker in dialogues or multi-speaker scripts.
- Avoid robotic tone, overacting, background noise, music, sound effects or unnecessary pauses.
- Export files in the required format and follow exact file naming instructions.
- Listen and verify every final audio file before submission.
- Check word-for-word accuracy, pronunciation, numbers, names,



timings and speaker assignment.
- Make corrections/revisions quickly based on internal or client feedback.

Required Skills:

- Experience with AI voice tools such as ElevenLabs or similar platforms.
- Basic audio editing and quality-checking skills.
- Strong English listening and pronunciation sense.
- Ability to understand JAE / IELTS / CEFR-level listening requirements.
- High attention to detail and strict script-following ability.
- Ability to work daily and deliver within tight timelines.
- Responsible communication and quick response during work hours.

Preferred:

- Prior experience in educational audio, exam listening audio, language-learning content, IELTS/KET/PET/JAE/CEFR-based projects.
- Familiarity with WAV/MP3 export, audio cleanup, pacing, speaker casting and QA checklist.

Important: This is not casual voice generation work. The selected person must be able to create exam-ready listening audio with proper voice selection, natural flow, accurate script reading, clean output and strong quality checking before delivery.
