Overall Purpose:
To strategically develop, manage, and scale the university’s international B2B recruitment channel network, with a primary focus on driving student enrollment from India, Southeast Asia, and other assigned target regions. This role is responsible for agent network performance, end-to-end CRM lead optimization, student advisory, and ensuring all international recruitment operations strictly comply with the University policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Pipeline Development & Target Achievement
- Strategy Execution: Formulate and execute localized international student recruitment strategies tailored to achieve specific enrollment targets within assigned regional markets.
- Funnel Management: Personally handle and track student inquiries from the point of initial contact through to successful application submission and final campus enrollment.
- Target Accountability: Take ownership of regional volume and conversion targets, proactively identifying and adjusting to shifts in competitive dynamics across India and Southeast Asia.
2. Channel & Partner Relationship Management (B2B)
- Network Building: Source, vet, onboard, and manage a high-performing network of international recruitment agents, educational consultants, schools, and academic partners.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor agent productivity, conduct periodic performance reviews, and implement engagement tactics to secure a sustainable, high-quality application pipeline.
- Stakeholder Relations: Maintain positive, long-term relationships with external stakeholders to enhance the university's institutional reputation and market footprint overseas.
3. CRM Data Management & Market Intelligence
- System Optimization: Execute hands-on management of the corporate CRM platform (preferably Bitrix24)
to trace prospective student journeys and enforce systematic follow-up cadences.
- Database Hygiene: Keep the international recruitment database continuously updated with clean, verifiable data regarding lead sources, communication history, and application status.
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze regional market trends and compile timely dashboards reporting on raw leads, conversion rates, agent performance metrics, and total enrollment outcomes.
4. Student Assessment & Admissions Advisory
- Academic Counseling: Guide prospective international students and their families on academic programs, specific institutional admission requirements, transparent career pathways, and UAE campus life.
- Evaluations & Interviews: Conduct formal student screening interviews and counseling sessions to rigorously assess academic backgrounds, extracurricular profiles, and English language proficiency.
- Pathway Recommendations: Evaluate academic transcripts against institutional standards to recommend appropriate advanced entry options, pathway programs, or direct enrollment streams.
5. Brand Representation & Regional Outreach Events
- Event Leadership: Organize, lead, and participate in physical and digital outreach initiatives, including large-scale recruitment fairs, targeted school visits, info-sessions, webinars, and campus tours.
- International Travel: Act as the primary institutional representative locally and internationally,
undertaking regular regional travel across India and Southeast Asia to drive brand visibility and lead capture.
- Collateral Delivery: Deliver high-impact presentations and marketing collateral that clearly articulate the unique value proposition of studying at a UAE branch campus.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Internal Alignment: Collaborate closely with campus Admissions, Marketing, Academic, and Student Services teams to ensure a seamless, friction-free onboarding experience for international applicants.
- Onboarding Support: Facilitate smooth post-offer handovers to the local visa processing and student housing teams to guarantee high offer-to-enrollment conversion.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or in a related field.
- Experience: 4 years of progressive experience in international student recruitment, university admissions, or B2B educational channel management.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience operating Bitrix24 or equivalent enterprise CRM platforms is mandatory.
- Regulatory & Market Familiarity: Practical understanding of international admissions processes, qualification equivalence. Deep familiarity with the educational landscapes of India and Southeast Asia.
- Mobility: Willingness and absolute flexibility to undertake frequent local & international travel based on regional recruitment calendars.
- Skills: Exceptional cross-cultural communication, persuasive presentation skills, and fluency in written and spoken English.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
