An MBA in Marketing is preferred, with prior experience in a similar role within an IT company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage social media campaigns to increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing content.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Support brand-building activities, including events and online promotions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape.

Qualifications and Skills:

- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.



MBA in Marketing (preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role within an IT company.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinker with robust problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using marketing tools and software.
- Proficient in using marketing tools and software like Canva, Doodly etc.
- Create top class PowerPoint Presentations as and when required.
- Create Blog contents and other marketing contents as required
