Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels regarding outstanding payments.
- Monitor customer accounts and track overdue invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of payment follow-ups, commitments, and collections.
- Coordinate with the billing and accounts teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
- Send payment reminders, account statements, and collection notices as required.
- Reconcile customer payments with outstanding invoices.
- Escalate long-pending or disputed accounts to management.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while ensuring timely collections.
- Ensure compliance with company credit and collection policies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
