Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Media Manager to spearhead our brand’s digital, social, and traditional media presence. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of B2B marketing, corporate communications, and digital brand building. You will be responsible for crafting compelling stories about our products, sustainability initiatives, and corporate milestones to engage our clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) to enhance brand visibility and engage B2B audiences.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content including graphics, videos, blog posts, whitepapers, and newsletters tailored to the packaging industry.




- Public Relations (PR): Draft and distribute press releases, manage media inquiries, and build solid relationships with industry journalists, trade publications, and influencers.
- Campaign Management: Design, launch, and monitor digital marketing campaigns to promote new product lines, technological innovations, and sustainability efforts.
- Event & Exhibition Coverage: Plan and manage media coverage for industry trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events (pre-event promotion, live coverage, and post-event follow-ups).
- Brand Reputation & Crisis Management: Monitor brand mentions across the web, respond to reviews/comments professionally, and develop communication strategies for crisis management.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of media campaigns and social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar platforms. Provide actionable insights to improve ROI.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in media management, PR, or digital marketing (Experience in the B2B sector, manufacturing,



or the packaging industry is highly preferred).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail, grammar, and storytelling.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Sprout Social), basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud), and content management systems (CMS).
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate complex manufacturing and packaging concepts into accessible, engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Self-Starter: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
