Job Title : ServiceNow Project Manager

Hiring Location : Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Noida, Kochi, Trivandrum, Hyderabad

Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a critical technology portfolio covering ServiceNow, application development, infrastructure, and cloud transformation. The role requires a strong delivery leader who can quickly establish stakeholder confidence, improve delivery predictability, reduce backlogs, and drive teams toward measurable outcomes.

Experience Required

- Minimum 7 years of project management experience in complex enterprise technology environments.
- Proven experience managing ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, upgrade, integration, or support engagements.
- Experience delivering application development and infrastructure/cloud transformation projects.
- Strong Agile delivery experience, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release planning, and delivery metrics.
- Demonstrated success in reducing backlogs, improving delivery velocity, and addressing aging incidents, defects, technical debt, and enhancement requests.
- Experience managing multi-vendor, globally distributed, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with senior customer stakeholders in critical or high-pressure delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Own delivery across ServiceNow, application development, infrastructure, and cloud initiatives.
- Establish effective governance and provide transparent, timely updates to senior stakeholders.
- Drive backlog prioritization and reduction through structured planning, capacity management, and close coordination with product owners and delivery teams.
- Improve sprint predictability, delivery velocity, release quality, and adherence to committed timelines.
- Proactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and stakeholder concerns, and drive them to resolution.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, vendors, quality, and customer expectations.
- Lead distributed Agile teams and ensure accountability for agreed deliverables and business outcomes.
- Build trusted customer relationships through disciplined execution, transparency, and ownership.
- Challenge assumptions constructively and communicate risks or delivery concerns with clarity and confidence.

Preferred Certifications

- PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, or SAFe
- ITIL Foundation or higher
- Microsoft Azure or AWS certification
- ServiceNow certification is advantageous
